With offices in Harlingen and South Padre Island, we are proud to call the Valley our home. For the past twenty years we have built strong working relationships with suppliers and qualified subcontractors in multifamily construction.

Reformed as Innovative Works LLC, now responsible for a variety of major development and design projects across the Valley.

Leadership Team
Eric Solis
Principal / President
27+ years experience
Mr. Solis oversees the operations of Innovative Works LLC as President and founder. He provides management of operations, marketing, financial and contracting units of the firm. As a business administration specialist, he is actively involved in managing scheduling, cost analysis, budget management, staffing, and overall contract support for various infrastructure and development programs.
Irineo (Eddie) Salazar
Project Manager
15+ years experience
Mr. Salazar serves as the Project Manager for Innovative Works LLC, overseeing multiple large-scale multifamily developments including projects up to 144 units. With extensive experience in on-site management and construction coordination, he has successfully managed apartment complexes, clubhouses, and community amenity projects across South Texas.
Heather M. Stock
Assistant Project Manager
20+ years experience
Mrs. Stock serves as the Assistant Project Manager, supporting all phases and aspects of project delivery. With strong leadership and organizational skills, along with twenty years of business management and accounting experience, she manages submittals, RFIs, schedules, contracts, and subcontractor coordination. Her government sector project management background makes her a valuable asset to the team.
Francisco Eloy Solis
Quality Control Manager
29+ years experience
Mr. Solis brings extensive experience with commercial construction, directing full-scope projects including new construction and renovations. As Quality Control Manager, he has deep knowledge in multifamily construction, commercial development, cost and risk evaluation, contractor and subcontractor supervision, on-site inspections, change order negotiations, and OSHA/safety inspections.
Horacio Lira
Lead Superintendent
15+ years experience
Mr. Lira serves as the Lead Superintendent for Innovative Works LLC. With extensive construction experience in both the United States and Mexico, he has overseen new construction of multifamily developments ranging from 68 to 260 apartment units. He brings strong leadership, accountability, and bilingual communication skills to every project.
Rafael Ledezma Jr.
Superintendent
10+ years experience
Mr. Ledezma serves as Project Superintendent for Innovative Works LLC. With proven success in managing multifamily construction projects, he brings strong leadership, organizational skills, and excellent bilingual communication to the field. He has overseen projects including 114-unit and 81-unit apartment developments.
Rodrigo Patron
Assistant Superintendent
5+ years experience
Mr. Patron serves as Assistant Superintendent, assisting in managing scope, costs, and schedules for assigned projects. He holds a Bachelor's in Construction Management from Indiana State University and an Associate's in Building and Construction Technology from Texas State Technical College. He is OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 certified with NCCER Carpentry certification.
Gunnen Craig
Comptroller
10+ years experience
Mr. Craig serves as the Home Office Comptroller, managing accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, project costs, payroll, and financial reporting. With a master's degree in accounting, he assists in managing operations, financial analysis, and contract support. He tracks project financial progress by comparing budgets to actual costs and manages subcontractor agreements.
