Four units are handicap accessible for the visual and hearing impaired.

New construction of 140 apartment units under the Texas Department of Community Affairs. The 10-acre gated housing development includes apartments, a clubhouse, park, playground, gazebo, and swimming pool with underground utilities, parking, and landscaping. Seven units are handicap accessible. Also constructed a new access road leading to the development site.

New construction of 128 apartment units under the Texas Department of Community Affairs. The 10-acre gated housing development includes apartments, a clubhouse, park, playground, gazebo, and swimming pool with underground utilities, parking, and landscaping. Six units are handicap accessible. Also constructed an offsite lift station to accommodate the apartment complex.
Avanti at Greenwood Apartments
Corpus Christi, TX
81-unit development with a mixture of 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and 3-bedroom units in garden-style three-story walk-up buildings. Two residential buildings with an integrated clubhouse facility and a maintenance building. Outdoor community amenities include a pool, trellis with seating area, and a children's playscape.

New construction of 34 dwelling units under HUD Financing. The 10-acre gated housing development includes apartments, a clubhouse, park, playground, gazebo, and maintenance warehouse with underground utilities, parking, and landscaping. Twelve units are handicap accessible for the visual and hearing impaired.
