Project Overview

New construction of 128 apartment units under the Texas Department of Community Affairs. The 10-acre gated housing development includes apartments, a clubhouse, park, playground, gazebo, and swimming pool with underground utilities, parking, and landscaping. Six units are handicap accessible. Also constructed an offsite lift station to accommodate the apartment complex.
